WEX are simply using the shell with a deal worked out with a major ARK creditor.

So WEX have 9 tenements, 3 of which have a joint venture with Oz Minerals OZL who have a market cap of $2.4 bill.
This JV values 3 of their tenements at $10 mill.
They, WEX, are buying 2 lithium companies that have 5 tenements each, so 10 tenements, 5 of which are hard rock , 3 near PLS project, who are a billion dollar company and 2 very close to GXY who are in production and have a market cap of well over $1 bill.
9 of the 10 lithium tenements are granted and have native title agreements.

So forget about ARK and previous management, that was history years ago.
This is WEX who have tenements that Oz Minerals are interested enough in to form a JV and will have 10 lithium tenements which if you look at charts are the hottest stocks at present.
