Might be on the wrong track here mate but have come to realise that common sense will largely trump any research that is based entirely on what a company will tell its RIs.
In many cases that research based on company releases, emails back and forth, phone calls ect ends up being unfulfilled and with a resulting loss of significant capital and loss of trust/credibility in that company.
Compelling spiel such as; billion dollar market to break into, cutting edge IP, CodeRed, over the top tweets seemingly reinforcing ‘our’ research that is based on info sourced from the company.
Future funds to support the company till such time it is cash flow positive (for 90% plus this will never happen!) will come from where?
Common sense now shows us from many CRs, to such a extent a share consolidation is needed to continue the cycle, massive share dilution the result.
Successful IP is no longer a given to ensure successful commercialisation, Admedus here a prime example of this.
Either the IP is only average or little better than existing products OR ‘they’ have no idea how to successfully sell a superior product in a timely manner.
Success of AI; years of R&D to happen (10 plus), how much in funds needed?, probability of success and chance of finding a partner?
Imo, all the above common sense, and now very obvious to all, shites all over research based entirely on company spiel.
Unfortunate fact that any posters from back when that ‘tried’ to highlight this were disparaged and ridiculed, BoD/Admedus were vigorously defended to the ‘death’!
Investment strategy with the above in mind; .... trade the hype and if in ‘love’ aim to be free carried, that aside.
What we have now; existing revenue from past sales and a third party outside company that has acknowledged the worth of the Adapt, after a very long time (?), too little too late?
What is needed, imo, further third party recognition of the Adapt and TAVR IP ‘in the form of a game changing deal’ that will result in 20 mill plus for rights to that IP.
Guess we will have our reality check very soon now.
