Whilst I'm planning on applying for more than I actually should and assume I'll get scaled back, has everyone noticed the total number of shares they're eligible to issue on Page 3 of the SPP Prospectus?
"In accordance with the ASX Listing Rules the total number of Shares that can be issued under the SPP is29,508,682." If they were to issue the total number of shares that would be $11,803,472.80. Not saying they'll utilise this in it's entirety (although the SI raise plus this would fund the development entirely through equity) but I do think they're likely to take subscriptions above the minimum amount.
Whilst I'm planning on applying for more than I actually should...
