    Yeah my worry would him be dumping his shares especially if he did not leave the company on good terms and does not believe in management, if he believes the current management will just run the company into the ground, maybe he will just get out while he can, even a slow drip of his 12 mill shares, not enough volume in the market to buy it up, would be brutal to share price.
