Any sale by the CEO Simantov has to be reported immediately to the ASX. It hasn't happened.
There are 6 substantial holders (including Regal with 9.8% and Alium 5.2%) and none of them have notified the ASX of any change. I also know Allium as of their last quarterly funds report are still bullish on W2V.
So merchant7 you are making a lot of stuff up.
As I have stated there was a lot of stock issued to sophisticated investors through various con notes that converted to 16 cents at IPO with much of that escrowed until recently.
