Forget who allowed it on broker level or ASX. Where is company house broker ? The one facilitated the float. They are meant to conduct reasonable market with a decent buy and sell orders. They are supposed to provide liquidity, reasonable spreads. Daily turnover is less than country coffee shop.
None of the above is there in this scenario. It looks so much like con artists market. You buy, no way you can sell 10c worth of shares above buy price. I have rarely seen any offer better than recent sell..
