    re: Ann: Notice Under Corporations Act 249D -... I did a search of the ASX and found plenty of other 249D announcements. They all seem to be someone either wanting to replace directors or disagrees with a decision made by the board. What I did find is http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/cth/consol_act/ca2001172/s249d.html

    which says they have to call a meeting within 3 weeks. Suppose something will come out by then.

    Any other ideas?
