re: Ann: Notice Under Corporations Act 249D -... well it's surprising they haven't been required by the ASX to say what the 249D is actually about. Looks like it's been used by others to put all sorts of resolutions to a general meeting.

If it is a replacement of management then I for one will be voting for a change. I participated in the 20c IPO back when Adam was a boy and expected them to have Chakola mining by now...but they are still in the council. I blame the Chairman for the lack of direction and not getting anything completed. You've only go to sit through one of his presentations to see he's out of his depth. Anyway we'll know soon enough.
