agree, i dont know who would take the 10m from pinacle, but looks pricey indeed.
everything in spec market has been hammered, maybe in better times that would seem top value.
Factor that with TON having capitulated the last two series of ops into the bin, would think sentiment from the general retailer would be somewhat fainter.
It was one transaction at 1c that took them, who knows, maybe corporate type.
Retailers action will follow, and in this climate, volatility on US markets, i wouldnt want to pay top dollar for anything.
Perhaps the best strategy elsewhere in markets imo, is to look at entry point close to bottom, cash backing, or resurgent sectors (uranium for one i am following, that is turn around story in the making hopefully)
Otherwise, i would want entries at high leverages (higher discounts), where the downside in minimal.
In global market fear, a run for cash safety, can cause extreme routs in prices.
