Hi Steve , interestingly there is no requirement for substantial holders to notify how many options they have or movements in them as far as I am aware, only at time of converting would they need to advise if it moves them by more than 1%. As such they can be used to increase their real stake in the company whilst remaining under the radar.
All just in my very humble opinion though.
