Yes it was very clever (ethical?) of the Chairman and major shareholder to oversee a capital raising at 9.5c of which they naturally took up all of their options plus any extras then shortly afterwards they attempt a takeover of the company with a "fair & reasonable" price between 13-15c. ASIC where are you?? Time is ticking but I can't see why I'd cave in to corporate bullying....Especially like you and many others, we have supported AGS through thick and thin for over a decade. We deserve better.
