If i dont take the offer what will happen to my shares as AGS...

    If i dont take the offer what will happen to my shares as AGS will not exsist. will i be able to sell them at anytime. i brought 3225 share at .31 and now they have been consolidated and i have only 807 shares which is worth $112 only.
    could someone help me please . I have not been able to get hold of either company.
