Interesting - this announcement hasn't had any massive landslide sells via on market trades this afternoon. What will be very interesting is the GM changes of holdings over the next day or so. Especially if the substantial holders cave in or not....Still a week left in September so holding firm. Time for a serious increase to the bid IMHO.
What are people's expectations for an independent "fair & reasonable" price per share? I'm of the view that GM wouldn't be going through this process unless it has upside of at least 40% market cap (so let's guess 20c per share) and then further benefits of carving off other AGS commodities and projects for additional funds and to clear the portfolio for a focus on gold. Views?
