What are people's expectations for an independent "fair & reasonable" price per share? I'm of the view that GM wouldn't be going through this process unless it has upside of at least 40% market cap (so let's guess 20c per share) and then further benefits of carving off other AGS commodities and projects for additional funds and to clear the portfolio for a focus on gold. Views?

I agree...i don't trust Gandel at all. I read the Target report and think that it has upside potential to at least .25 cents do I am not letting go.I am sick if being done over by Companies that do this. Scare tactics...I am holding.Period.
