I’m still wavering and would love to know what Sandon and Phoenix intend doing. That’s about 17% isn’t it? ... I don’t think they would/could be bullied, and if they don’t accept the offer it would leave GM’s far short of the 90% for a compulsory takeover. But the 50%, and thus full Gandel Metals control, is not far away. ..Not sure how de-listing works but that imo seems like a threat. ..... My guess is that with the current numbers there could be some increase in the offer. And of course even shareholders who have already accepted would get that increase ... Lots of pros and cons still imo
