Morning Sisyphus,

I'm still holding whilst considering some conspiracy theories....

1. GM lets this takeover process conclude and finish up with 50+% but way short of 90%. Can they then just put another grab at (say 20c) to obtain the next tranche? Including the 17% biggies perhaps by negotiation?
2. They manipulate the board and scoop up the dregs (ie us!) at whatever they dial up.
3. Slowly GM use the creep facility to keep increasing their majority in 6% increments.
4. GM makes a major CR which most mum and dad investors couldn't contribute - increasing majority further.

However, all of the above takes time and is a bit painful to an entrepreneur who wants it now. So I'm confident that common sense will prevail. Obviously 14c hasn't swayed the significant shareholders or the likes of us minnows.

btw I pulled my sell as it was as much about remembering my trading password and how to put a sell order in! But 20c is my barrier. 25c would be nice...
