Like @Pharrell13 this was recommended by my last broker. What I have learnt over the years is that there is a reason why they are called a "broker", its what you end up being after listening to their advice. Also, its not just the brokerage fees they gouge you with but its also the CR they manage and get you to subscribe to. If you are really lucky, you also get to invest in a company whose sole purpose is to pay director fees. DOYR
