Agree Sir Knight. No need for most to exercise.
There might be some tax planning strategies with early conversion. Once converted you would have to wait 12 months to get a CGT discount when selling. Someone accumulating shares might want to do it now.
But yes, I can't see a heap of exercising happening now.
