read whatever you want, but what i read is that the piggyback options exercise (2,846,321 shares on 21 march) likely raised $11,385 at 0.004 p/share (based on the 25 march placement), and the 25 march issuance (955,683 shares) added $3,822, totaling $15,208 in new liquidity for q1 results. it might signal confidence from option holders and investors, possibly hinting at news, but honestly, its just chump money at this point.
