Trying to CR whilst there is a pending liquidation notice for a wholly owned subsidiary? Who would be willing to invest in such a situation - to get that far means the Company ignored the Statutory Demand!!!
Why has the Company not announced this one?
It would appear there is a habit of not paying salaries (Koster was the recently appointed GM - was it a staged hire by the Company to get interest in the then CR???) - current CR is for $200k conversion of debt to equity from 3 of the Company's Management (DYOR there is an annual pattern of fees being "converted".
