I'm not sure that CVC and LF want to enter the board just to screw this thing over folks. I mean they paid a lot of money for their stakes with BNO and at this stage they're looking at a capital loss which you and I couldn't comprehend!! Even Maerk are at a loss with this at this stage which I couldn't get my head around. This thing was tracking nicely and then all of a sudden, discounted shares offered to US investors. Well one thing good that has done is get some level of attention in the US equities market - but still no one is happy with the current stock price especially CVC and LF and I think they want this stock to start heading north where it should be. They will also want to see our suite of products become commercial and then folks we will all be sitting pretty!!
