CVC hold their own shares and John Read (on their Board) owns personal shares (quite a lot of them) in BNO...he was the one who persuaded his colleagues at CVC to buy into the Company. Perhaps that has some influence on what they are attempting to do? He is also Chairman of Patrys and look how poorly they are doing!! No transparency there as to what is going so at all and no news of anything for ages.
