Kalimaya, how can the board be controlled with 2 directors out of 5 and not even including the Chairman? At the AGM Paul Fromson was not up for re-election so how could this issue have been resolved? As far as the Company Secretary is concerned, it may be that Fromson as CFO shut out Bowker as Co Sec? I have seen that happen before. Or perhaps Bowker did not want to breach company confidentiality. So looks like it took the Annual Report to reveal what has gone on? Either way, I have invested in other companies that Bowker has been involved in and I know him to be highly ethical and sharp.
