May would need a 50%+ vote I’m guessing ....you would have to be mad to vote with them. I doubt MAY will get to see any money out of Sonagol....at best Sonagol will hold an amount and use it to pay MAYs share of well costs if a well goes ahead imo. So that would mean around Q3 May runs out money without a BYE distribution and would either have to cap rais again or start selling MELs on market or to an Insto.

These guys through their actions and history of actions against MEL deserve no MERCY....I’m all for not distributing the BYEs while they are Shareholders of MEL....let them sell their MEL shares to an insto etc or sell them on market.
