There's no dilution because it's options, not shares. Options that are worthless unless the share price shoots up toward 4 cents, and if exercised would give JAT $8m cash injection.
If the stock shot up to 4c, they would normally just do a placement. But with the options theyd just get funded from these without incurring fees. It's cheaper than doing another raise!
