Agreed we shouldn’t need to raise. We had $8.3M in the bank and sp was 2.1c.

They raise at 1.9c and sp drift down. No one took up offer so they raise again at 1.6c then end up using $4M from the $8.3M and now we’re at 1.5c.

If management use the cash they had right away, sp would be much higher imo.

Nobody is happy with sp esp Golden Bricks hence they want to take control and who can blame them.

I’m all for them to take control but not for free. Therefore I can’t imagine the top 20 will vote to replace Wilton but they may vote to include directors from golden bricks. That will not give them full control so next step is a TO just my guess.

Top 20 holders should reject any offer under 5c if a T/O eventuate. Golden bricks may only offer btwn 3-5c at current level. All in my wild speculation. Maybe they vote in golden Bricks directors and everyone Is happy as Larry but I doubt.

I’m leaning towards a TO by Golden Bricks , it’s probably in the works right now and plan B already in motion imo.
