Well the major shareholders appear to want Wilton out as a director anyway. And also Mr Xin Sun, who has been working for free. Wilton may or may not stay on in the executive position. The new board will have a say in this though.
The new proposed directors Mr Zhan Wang and Mr Peng Shen are an unknown so comment is not possible. I think it is reasonable to assume these are picks by Gold Brick though.
All this could be good or otherwise but it is price sensitive IMO. The removal of Directors can have serious consequences. Gold brick could possibly call the shots with these new directors on all sorts of company activities.
