    thought this an appropiate time  to Hilite the number of shares and securities on issue.
    over a billion  and  all there  is to show for it   is an unlicenced recycling plant ,  lithium exploration
    permits  that are either taken up or on  offer to third partys  and patents that no one is interested in.
       ' oohhh '.....nearly forgot about the  industrial  unit full of old scientific equipment and other patents.
