Hmmm....

3 million options were converted 2 weeks ago, just as the share price was tanking (see 3B Notice 31/01/17).

That 3B came after close on Tues 31/01. I'd suggest the holder probably made the call Monday morning of 30 Jan, after the price reached a high of 14c on Fri 27/01. Good time to take some profits, fair enough... or maybe they had a 'sixth sense' about the pending announcement just days later, which saw the price halve on poor news (see Mt Edwards update 03/02/17).

Now today another 3B Notice for the same series of options (same holder?), but this time converting 6.9 million @ 2.4c. Perhaps another 'sixth sense' that its a good time to take more profits.
