    Well, at least the shares are being issued at .01, 25% above current market price of .008, same deal as we all got before. It saves the coy. from having to issue shares under the loan facility which would be at .008 or maybe even .007 now. So someone has the confidence to lay in another $100k, just as well at the moment.
