Successfully raised the $65M at $5.15 per share which exceeded the underwritten floor price of $5.00.
New shares under the SPP will therefore be issued at the lower of (i) the Offer Price under the Placement ($5.15) and (ii) a 2% discount to the volume weighted average price (VWAP) of JLG shares on the ASX over a 5 day trading period ending on the close of the SPP offer period 26 July 2023.
I'll leave it to those holders participating to speculate on what the offer price will be at the close of the SPP offer period.
