Some more questions in my mind.
Any thoughts on why there have been no sales? Do we have the right distributors representing us in the territories? What other sales channels need to be explored?
Do we have a market leading product? Competition?
Is the AI system using the right Ai type semi-conductor chips?
Has the AI been trained on a comprehensive database of prior pathology results which creates the AI library of identifiable positive results requiring close scrutiny by pathologists?
What is the sales cycle for laboratory investment sales of pathology equipment?
Is LBT able to demonstrate material cost savings as well as improvement in reliability of diagnosis?
What is the competition? Price of competitor systems and efficiency dividend?
Or do we wait for someone to swoop and buy us on the cheap?
Do we have the right CEO and other management and support in LBT?
Are LBT presenting / displaying at industry trade shows or the like?
Are the distributors sufficiently incentivised to get some early / quick sales to keep the ship afloat?

Any input on these thoughts will be greatly appreciated from any on the LBT thread.
I have a very small token investment but interested in adding if the story is compelling.
