Yes. 39 million share at a deemed price of $0.07 = $5,530,000 plus $980,000 but this is for 80% of the project which implies a value of $8.1375 million for the whole project.

Before the original deal was announced we were trading around 8-9 cents and then drifted down into the 4's when the word got out. when shareholders knocked it on the head the price went back into the 7's. The news about the new deal probably got out a day or two before todays announcement which may explain the weakness and trading back into the 5's. On the face of it, it looks like the market / shareholders were not impressed with this deal, unless it is coincidence.

Lets hope they can create some excitement with these new tenements to help justify the boards actions. Always nice to see a board with skin in the game which unfortunately our board do not have and so little consequence to them if they waste the company money.
