Looks like someone pannicking to me ,
They are selling without consideration on price ,as soon as there is any depth on the bid they hit it,
I have seen this before with micro caps once the line is cleared the stock should bounce in my opinion.
What we dont know is who is the seller and how many they have to sell as they dont sit on the offer bit hit the bid from off the screen.
