Indeed we might be seeing a capitulation of a holder or a group of holders that want out at any price. Alternatively, someone knows some bad news and trades on them. And yet another possibility is investors don't trust the upcoming report to be good and want out before it is announced.
In any case, based on what we know today, 11c was ridiculously low price for ESK.
