    (shares issued as consideration for the 100% acquisition of an unlisted Pty Ltd cash shell for a total consideration value of $100,000 which is equivalent to the cash in the shell. Consideration shares were calculated using a QPN share price of $0.002)

    Any ideas what this is for MotBoy/Bukka?

    If the acquisition has been made is it still too sensitive to discuss the purpose of it?
