I disagree. 8 cent's isn't a joke for valuation. What I think you're trying to say is, thinking the stock price could reach anywhere near 8 cents is a joke given the current agreement that the company is handcuffed to. 6 cents is much more realistic. These small issues are problematic, but not apocalyptic.
My gripe has always been about the ability of the stock reaching above ten cents given current conditions of the agreement.
