At the moment I don't think the price per share is all that important right now to management nor it should it be to long term holders. We need incoming $$$ to fund the current operations until results come out. Let's face it the SP will not move until a positive announcement, most likely a partnership deal as others have suggested. Lind are probably dropping their shares on the market continuously at around 5c keeping their 20% profit in tact. If there are more buyers there they will keep up the supply at these levels. They are not in it to make multiples on their investment like others. Patience and the results will do the talking. For management a capital raising is more hassle than this agreement and it lets them get on with business. Either way you get dilution and gives us a chance of picking up extra shares at 0.045 (maybe)!
