I'm still unsure on the 3,000,000 fully paid ordinaries issued without disclosure to investors, This is not the amount that AON exercised, they state in their own quarterly that they sold 700,000 options to help fund the 20c exercise of their remaining 2.3m, which they have held. Options conversion notices are announced as such.
This seems a little different, Is this a without disclosure gift of 10% of the register to management?
