Notice too how they very subtly ensured the Placement closed and new shares were issued one day before the Record date for Entitlement eligibility. So that the sophs holding the 800,000,000 new shares got a one-for-six given to them too (=133,333,333 extra they can apply for). In reality, the effective dilution thanks to the Placement is actually 933,333,333, assuming they take them all up and noone else bothers.
