Well done @sqe you have laid out the bare bones that is LIT's structure. ( that is after you get past
the " Window Dressing ". )
There are many 'Shyster" companies in the penny dreadful section of the ASX that survive because
of the unwary punters chasing the promoters dishonest promotion of achievements and manipulated
share price.
We say DYOR and with you to spell it out , we may save a bit of anguish
