The CEO and management team alongside Nick are the only beneficiaries of what has been a long series of market losses and capital raises since ‘The Great Decline’.

As long as the entire management team is drawing a handsome salary from shareholders cash, they will continue to muffle along. A big sweep-out of Nick AND management alongside a plan to move forward would be IMO a refreshing signal.

I don’t think a 5% shareholder’s concerns should be seen as ‘a distraction’ to a MD + CEO who are supposed to be responsible for shareholder value. Probably the most unprofessional release I’ve ever read.
