Hasn't in the past. From memory, this time last year there were a few announcements with exceptional results. There was barely a blip on the radar.
I think realistically there won't be any significant changes in SP until the ownership of the project changes. I would also guess that is the reason for the slowness in recommissioning the processing equipment - that and the fact that the board is slow to move.... Very..... Slow....
