So they hire the new dude and a week later they decide they want to fire him! .... And he hasn't even started work yet!
Either he has done something really dodgy to cause immediate rebellion from his "mates" from a week ago, or the whole exercise is just another farce ..... The "new" Director will I assume get his 3 months severance pay of $25K and not have to do a days work?? ....
The Company needs to clarify this situation quickly or look pretty dumb all round!
