Could be a bit a speculation driving it. Maybe some think the battle for control will lead to an sp increase.

Not talking specifics, but I believe Troy Harry would not embark on the 249d unless he was confident in his numbers. He does not strike me as a person who losses. Saying that, he does not strike me as someone who will overpay. So I don't think he would force the sp up.

Unless there is something we don't know resulting in the buying increase, it may just well be general speculation. It wouldn't be the first time we didn't know however.
