Ann: Notices Received Under S203D & 249D of the Corporations Act, page-42

So we are at day 13 after the s249D notice was received by VOR. Wonder if they understand they actually need to do something to call a meeting? Or perhaps they think they can run it like the AGM and not have it made available for anyone to attend in person or online? Or perhaps they think they can call a meeting close enough to the deadline that snail mail votes won't make it...?? Wouldn't surprise me that they won't make online voting an option...
Or maybe I'm just being pessimistic of our chances?!

Although I'm only a small holder, I sure am champing at the bit to vote them out...
