They have 21 days from 19 Feb to call the meeting. The meeting is at least 28 days after that. So it is a 2 month process.

If they fail to call a meeting within the 21 days, then Troy Harry can call one at the directors' expense, not the company's. I am fairly positive we will hear something by Friday next week, as I cannot see the board putting their own hands in their own pockets.

To my mind, the chances to remove them are very good.
