Exactly, that was what I was going to post back almost to the word. Kenley has sent in his corporate advisors to be on the board of PER, while he heads up Lateral Pharma. What would PER pay for Lateral Pharma remains to be seen , but PER is cashed up and Biotechs generally are not out of favour with investors . PER has too much cash (and no debt) to be a "take under" so all looks a very promising early doors investment here for mine. And there is the added protection of PER trading below shell value
