    The MARKET has taken PER to "BELOW" shell valuation , the market is saying leadership needs to change , of course new management is needed if you can't even trade at cash backing!!!

    Now if Garner /Gittleson can get the share price back to fair value before the vote, then sure I will vote to retain them. Otherwise Henley/PVL look a reasonable horse to back, actually very reasonable , it is not even a two horse race at the 0.009 share price
