really! OK.. 800 million shares dumped by instos & HNY at 0.007, it's going to take an awful lot of new buying to take out the flippers, I've seen this many times before . PER has had some OK volume since the major dump, 200 million shares, but need to see at least that again before any chance of gravitating towards cash backing, let alone a valuation on the pipeline.

The thing is a dump back down towards 0.007/008 on volume would help set up the recovery, I've bought plenty, but waiting at 0.007/0.008 for more expecting one last dump by impatiant flippers who have found another use for their short term money
